Most other processes use chemical solvents, like methylene chloride, to decaffeinate coffee beans. Conversely, the Swis Water Process uses only water when removing caffeine, producing water processed decaf coffee.

Coffee Roast Types:
Regular Roast: This roast produces cinnamon colored coffee that is generally milder and sweeter tasting than darker roasts.

Medium Roast: This roast is medium brown in color with a slightly stronger flavor than the regular roast degree.

Dark Roast: This roast has black, shiny coffee beans with an oily surface. This roast style has a sweet, smoky flavor. (Espresso Recommended)
